When it comes to care and maintenance, Signature is hassle-free. It never needs sanding, sealing or refinishing. Just an occasional cleaning with soap and water will keep the pristine surface looking like new for decades, minimum of five decades, since Signature decking is backed by a 50-year Limited Residential and Fade & Stain Warranty. Ocracoke is also available as a grooved edge board.
