You can tell this isn't the cheap stuff. The 14mm thickness gives it a really solid feel underfoot once laid. Shipping was surprisingly fast too, everything arrived in great shape.

You can really feel the difference with the 12.3mm depth on these planks. They sound and feel like real wood when you walk on them. Capital Tile delivered the pallet right to my driveway without any issues.

I love that it’s not super shiny. It has a nice matte finish and a little bit of grain texture. I had a question about the transition pieces, and the Capital Tile team walked me through it over the phone. You don't get that kind of help everywhere these days.
