Can I pick up my order in person?

We do not allow in-person pick up at this time.

For example: Waterproof vinyl or tile is most convenient and appropriate for bathrooms and basements, while hardwood may be ideal for high-traffic living areas. If you’re on a budget, we recommend laminate for budget-friendly, scratch-resistant flooring, and tile for high-moisture durability.

What waterproof flooring options does Capital Tile offer?

SPC/WPC-based luxury vinyl is considered 100% waterproof across the industry. Additionally, vinyl plank is considered water-resistant, while laminate and solid hardwood are not waterproof.

How do I place an order with Capital Tile?

Capital Tile’s policy is that the buyer covers return shipping, unless items arrive damaged or defective. Any necessary refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the returned delivery is verified and completed.

How do I make a return or request a refund?

Please email us at orders@capitaltiles.ca within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund. You will be asked for your order number, billing information, the quantity and type of products that you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please note that refunds only apply to packaged, damage-free product.

Are Capital Tile + Floors products compatible with radiant heating?

Yes, most of the vinyl (LVP/LVT), laminate, and engineered hardwood flooring can be compatible with radiant heating, but compatibility depends on the specific product. Always check the manufacturer's specifications prior to purchasing if you’re interested in the compatibility of a specific tile or flooring product.
